Stick to facts, only facts, nothing but facts

The recent writ petition of 2008 filed by Amway India claims that it has 4,50,000 distributors. The same figure was quoted in the counter affidavit filed by Amway India in the writ petitions of 2006. Taking them on the face value, one has to assume that the membership of Amway India remained stagnant for the last three to four years. Surprisingly, the Amway adherents boast that it is wonderfully flourishing with more members and the business volume has increased enormously. That means someone is lying.
If the 2008 writ petition's claims are true, the Amway India's business is stagnant. If not Amway India is liable for prosecution for misleading the court with false numbers.
Meanwhile, the Amway India's counsels have yet to file the counter affidavit in the writ petition of 2009 filed by Corporate Frauds Watch. That shows the Amway India and its counsels developed cold feet and are deeply afraid even to file the counter affidavit.

Shyam Sundar when do what u say to us

i repeat do what u say to us

"Stick to facts, only facts, nothing but facts"

when u say

"The independent owners of GoldQuest International also claimed that they have been paying income tax by presenting their PAN (Permanent Account Number)cards. Once criminal cases were filed now they are running helter-skelter. Paying income tax or presenting PAN cards doesn't make the business model legitimate. It is a money circulation scheme camouflaged with sale of products."

do u have any factual information that what tax gold quest has paid

THE ANSWER IS NO so next time please understand the difference between amway and other companies u have mentioned.

look its simple when u say that they claim that they pay tax then DO U HAVE INFORMATION WHAT TAX THEY ARE PAYING.

Don't keep on saying the opinons come with the facts and i stick to the facts nothing but the facts.

ITS U, U, U WHO WILL NOW SAY MAKE ATTEMPTS TO MOVE AWAY WHEN IT COMES TO SAYING ANWSERS

its very easy to counter question the others, now its ur turn LEGAL SCAN AND SHYAM SUNDAR just gives us information about the tax with valid source.

don't defend the argument of tax by just ur mere opinions (consisting of adverbs and adjectives)

ts hard to believe what u write some times

when u say "The recent writ petition of 2008 filed by Amway India claims that it has 4,50,000 distributor"

its tough to believe that as when i asked recently to one of the amway officials its about 550,000 distributors.

Now why i am saying that it is tough to believe what u say because...

when u and legal scan believe that "examples are meant to be followed" (but not to be imitated) then i think then they have made statement that they are having more than 450000 distributors and u will say it its 450,000 distributors exactly.

Trivedi, you are still wet behind your ears. Why don't you ask your cronies of Amway India ask for the copy of the writ petition filed in the Andhra Pradesh High Court top find out truth.

"...Amway adherents boast that it is wonderfully flourishing with more members and the business volume has increased enormously. That means someone is lying." Yes, you. Perhaps folks are selling more, or you got your numbers wrong. LOL

Are you saying Amway is falsely reporting sales volume numbers, while expanding their manufacturing abilities in India? LOL

Is there any DOUBT? All Amway distributors lie to the new entrants about their income and promise 'total financial freedom in 2-5 years.' It is only done at the behest of Amway Bosses. No doubt about it.
