Amway continues to sell adulterated products in India

Amway India yet to file the affidavit though the Andhra Pradesh High Court served a showcause notice to it more than four months ago. Its advocates are a timid lot even to think of filing an affidavit.
When it was pointed out that the Amway India is paying tax only on Rs. 16 for the Glister toothpaste with abundant proof, Amway apologists are dumbfounded. Not a single Amway apologist could not say anything about it except a lame excuse from the Clueless Tex. Amway apologists have no point to support the illegal money circulation scheme indulged in by the Amway India in the name of product selling.
That is why two of the trio are maintaining stony silence for quite sometime.
Now let us have a look at the adulterated products being marketed by Amway India. A total of 29 products were tested by the Chief Public Analyst of the Andhra Pradesh Food Laboratory and fifteen of the products were found to be either misbranded or adulterated. Surprisingly, the State Drug department has chosen to file criminal cases against only two products. One criminal case was dismissed and another case was up held. The cunning Amway India showcases the dismissed case and deceitfully conceals the upheld criminal case. That is how this criminal company is continuing its operations in India.
There are no answers to the questions why criminal cases were not filed against the misbranded or adulterated products. The State Drug department evades answers to these questions for reasons better known to the higher officials.

From IBOFB's blog:

Unfortunately of course, the comments have attracted the attention of “Tex”, a well known inhabitant of any forum to do with Amway on the internet (and plenty that don’t). He’s been banned from virtually all of them thanks to obsessive, obnoxious, and sometimes downright offensive behaviour – and that behaviour is, alas, in full swing on the CBS MoneyWatch blog. I’ve had a lot of dealings with Tex and it’s my belief he’s suffering from a quite serious personality disorder and needs help. I recommend to people that they don’t attempt to engage him in debate – it’s a waste of your time and may even exacerbate his condition. He used to irritate the heck out of me, now I just feel sad for him.

respected shyam,

I do admit, that report did mentioned that the selected products were adulterated and amway paid the fine.

But what annoys me that where in the world it concluded that Amway is selling adultrated products throughout the country.

Is there any notice from government officials which restrained amway from selling such products?

Through out the blog you have been expressing your anger against mlm companies.

As i said I am very open to your suggestions incase if i am wrong in what i said.

But I won't accept any damn thing which says nothing regarding the aspects I have addressed and it only says regarding my behavior type.

Whenever, i was trying to argue you and brear with a constructive point the response which I get is totally different.

Why don't you guys come to the point.

Tex said...

Because they don't understand what the point is!!! LOL

I agree with IBOFB. Tex obviously has some kind of obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD) and while I used to get very irritated with him, I now also feel pity for him. This kind of obsession can very possibly lead to dementia, if it hasn't already set in.

I agree with ibofb as well, that you're a proven liar and whore mongerer! LOL

This Is just to inform u all that I m fully in agreement with shyam that one should go for personall attacks and I request that every one to adhere to it

Tex said...

You agree that personal attacks are desired? Read your post again. LOL

Shyam,
I'm just wondering why such an honest man as yourself has failed to mention that the court found this case so serious that back in September 2009 they waived the fine against Amway, small as it already was.

People like you always says things that feels good to them. You may be one of those who thinks Amway is an american business group and therefore shouldn't work in India and only Indian companies should. You talk throughout your blog as though you have been a victim and knows all these first hand but you and everyone is forgetting that you have actually no proof of any of the things you are saying. You may point out the court order as proof but what you are forgetting is that every company has its rivals who just waits for an opportunity to annihilate them.Amway may have all these cases against it. I am in Kerala and i have seen the stores being closed. But they reopened no matter what others said cause there was no fault.I have seen your blog where you point out every fault with big corporate companies .Now i am thinking .....is there any prob with you and these companies or are you just doing these just cause you fell good talking bad about a company THAT YOU DONT KNOW. Shame on you......

What proof you need my namesake which is a pseudonym.
You don't care for the court judgement. OK. Then you judge the case and pronounce the verdict.
Not only many such companies have been operating in the country. The problem is people who lost money in the scams of schemes would not report and silently suffer. That is how these fraudulent companies are escaping from criminal cases. But that does not make these companies legitimate.
What I don't understand is 'what shame on me' in all these racketeering.
I am only trying to bring awareness among people about the trappings of these crooks.

How can any person loose money when you dont have to invest anything.....

One must buy products worth Rs. 3,000 every month whether you could sell them or personal consumption. An ordinary cannot afford to consume products worth Rs. 3,000. They have to purchase without any break or they would be deleted from the commission list. So, the poor IBO keeps on buying the products till he realises it is a futile exercise to earn money in this fraudulent scheme. But by that time he would be poorer by several thousands of rupees. He realises that it is a mirage to earn money in this racket. He would not file the criminal case since he is already brainwashed that it is his fault that he could not sell the products or enroll more members into the scheme (scam). This wass exactly pointed out by Andhra Pradesh High Court. hahaha. Poor Shamshers keep on asking how do they lose money.
OK. Have you joined the scheme and started purchasing products like Glisters toothpaste for Rs. 200 and try to sell the same to your friends and relatives. Naturally there would be no takers. You will end up with frustration and leave it forever. But you never tell others because you blame yourself for your failure. You are under the impression everyone is making money except you. But it is wrong. People keep on losing money in this racket.
