Easy and quick money attracts like magnet and a large number of people would be affected in course of time

Money won’t grow on trees. Sooner the consumer realizes this better for the society.  If any company, be it limited, private limited, association of individuals, society or person, is offering huge rate of interest say thirty per cent per annum or more, it is always better to keep off from them.
It is virtually impossible to give so much rate of interest for anyone. The case in point is the recent scam of NMart a.k.a. NewLook Retail Ltd. The company floated by Surat-based Gopal Singh Shekhawat offered enormous returns on a simple investment of Rs. 5,500. Every member, who is attractively called distributor though he hardly distributes anything, has to pay an initial amount of Rs. 5,500 and he would be given a suit length worth about Rs. 1500 (many members did not receive them that is another matter) and 48 vouchers each costing Rs. 220 that has to be exchanged in the next 48 months with products in the retail malls of NMart.
NMart first registered and collected money from the ‘distributors’ all over country and later started malls, which is a misnomer. Almost all these malls have products like biscuit packets, kurkure, soft drink bottles and very few toiletries.
NMart has also offered Rs. 200 per enrollment of new members into the scheme. If a member enrolls 50 members he would get Rs. 10,000 that means he got hundred per cent returns on enrollment alone.
Apart from commission on enrollment, the members are offered gifts like computers, motorcycles, luxury cars and even foreign jaunts and many more if they enrolled prescribed number of members into the scheme.
And by exchanging coupons with products in the next 48 years he would get 220x48= 10,560. It is again hundred per cent appreciation of what he invested in four years.
There is one more offer, if a member purchases products worth Rs. 1500 every month for the next 48 months, he would be given an incentive of Rs. 11,000. This is again hundred per cent appreciation of his initial investment of Rs. 5500. It is all very inducing for the common man to simply brush it off.
Where does the NMart get all these money from? Nobody questions. The greedy people enrolled speedily and it spread like a wildfire. Like all Ponzi schemes, the NMart would pay the early birds from the payments of late birds and once chain breaks, he would vanish with all the money.
If any NMart member has any problem like breach of contract he has to go to Surat to file a civil suit and it is impossible to go to Surat to claim a settlement for the money he invested in the company as the expenses are far more than his investment.
Anyway, he has already started enjoying life with people's money going around on a helicopter and a Rolls Royce.

Corporate Frauds Watch, Vijayawada-based civil society organization, smelled rat in it and lodged a complaint with the police way back in 2010. The police as usual were complacent to such complaints and let it grow. However, Gopal Singh Shekhawat, like all Ponzi scheme operators, filed a writ petition in the AP High Court and the police stopped the investigation stating that there is a writ petition pending in the high court.
By 2012, the membership of the company has touched almost 1.5 million. Corporate Frauds Watch has been lodging complaints with various agencies all over the State. Finally, the Prakasam district police under the guidance of its dynamic and incorruptible IPS officer Dr N Raghurami Reddy went ahead and took the complaint on file. The rest is history.
Gopal Singh Shekhawat filed another writ petition in AP High Court questioning the propriety of Corporate Frauds Watch but it was dismissed as withdrawn on October 9, 2012.
Money won’t grow on trees and sooner the people realized this better for the society.
Wake up Consumers! Don’t fall for the easy and quick money.

CHARVITA CHARITAM- (Cheppinde chepparaa pachi palla Dasu)

Nice of you Mr. Shyam Sundar, don’t feel hurt!
Once again you repeated the same old story of maligning the with semi-demi information. Good!
No doubt you are a vigil blower and with the help of your Vijayawada based Civil Society you want to bring awareness among the investors in MLM companies so that they take every precaution before such investment are made and help them not to forgo their hard earned money. Your write-ups have potential influence on public opinion too.
However, as an advocate you know it well whatever you write in your stories it is only an accusation and the accused is not guilty until he or she is proven guilty by court of law. Knowing well that your accusations are inaccurate, malicious, biased, hurtful, regressive and also aimed at willfully destroying an ongoing organization you keep on running the old story again and again. We know your target!
Are you not aware, once again I am asking you, when the police case is filed and the issue is in court of law, whether it is sub judice to create such conflict of interests with your write-ups! I need not say anything more than this for the time being. Think once again.

Hello Friends.
I regularly follow Mr.Sunder's Blog because i think whatever he writes is very much true because whenever he writes something he has always produced the evidence for that like the case numbers etc.
Now still some people blame him that he writes bullshit, and those people abuse him for writing that stuff which is very wrong, those people behave like illiterate and their real personality reflects in their comments on the blog.
But my message for them is that if they really think they are doing a good business then why they care so much about Mr. Sunder's blog publications, if their business is good Mr. Shyam's writings can't harm them.
So i suggest them not to abuse Mr.Sunder but respect him as he wants to save you all not to harm.
Otherwise stop following his blog if you think you are doing a very good business, don't waste your precious time devote that to your business.
I think these type of people come to this blog to check the latest updates about their business because Mr.Sunder provides the updates regarding that, because somewhere in their minds also have the doubt about their business that's why they come to check it here and then after reading those leave their bullshit comments on the post.
This is not good.
Thanks.

easy and quick money is your heading . mr shyam . now for your information may i speak u if in a mall 1500 is purchased by a member every month then in a year it is 18000/ and in 4 years it is 72000/.u know a mall has average profit of 25% p.m,. so with a transaction of 72000/ in 4 years a mall can pay 11000/ as loyality bonus ( already explained several times by g.sekhawat on tv channels). this bonus is paid by no body to the public. you also never throw your objection to the big shoppers for this. they r earning huge profits.but their customers not getting any part.another thing 220 free voucher is paid from the company. this is for the dis count the mall gets from the companies whose products are being sold by nmart.a part of that discount is paid to the members that is an attraction.u dont even know the plan.on enrollment new member 600 is paid not 200/.and it is paid only when there is 4 members. this is possible. you also know this is possible. you will say this is possible , nmart is ok etc etc if nmart will pay you something. almost all knows you r claiming 170 crores from nmart. if u r honest then start claim against other mlms.bullion bazar , smart , midas touch etc etc.khali bolta hai. face me. i will show u the [plan and i am sure u will join the scheme. sach toh ye hai you r interesred in quick and easy money.hum log toh member banane keliye badi mehnat karte hain. hamare scheme me upar se leke niche tak sab kaam karte hain. tumhare tarah blackmail karke paisa nahi banate. tumhare sab bache foreign mein padhte hain. yahi likha tha kal . aur tumne ushko delete kar diya. kiyun tumhare bare mein kisi ko patta nahi chale. mein tumhare khilaf karwai karne jaraha hoon. mein bhi wokil hun. kanoon mujhe bhi mallom hai. achon ke saath achha bano. jo achha kar raha hai use bura bana raha hai .bhagwan tumhe maaf nahi karenge. public mein yahan sabko nmart benefit de toh raha hai. jo kaam karega ushko jyada, jo nahi karega ushko minimum benefit de raha hai.

If you don't know Sanskrit, why do you recite it. It is not CHARVITA CHARITAM. It is CHARVITA CHARVANAM.
I filed a criminal case against one particular company. IF it is legal, let the court say it is legal. Why do people take offend and start hurling abuses against me.
As per the existing law of PCMC Act, 1978, the business model of NMart is illegal. It is an open and shut case.
Moreover, NMart chief, instead of proving his case, is hiding somewhere. Cannot you see my stand is vindicated by his act?
The primary point in this post is there is nothing like easy and quick money and money won't grow on trees. If you think otherwise, just prove it where does the money come from to pay the members of NMart, I shall withdraw my comments.
Young man, Gopals, Pinckneys and others like them only make money in such scams. All others are losers.
Whatever they claim about direct selling it is nothing but illegal money circulation schemes in the name of selling products and services. If people realised this my mission is complete.

Shyam Sundar said...

Thanks Gagan.

Shyam Sundar said...

Thanks Amitabh for enlightening me about my demand of Rs. 170 crore from NMart for not filing a criminal case. HAHAHA!
You know something. If you enroll four members, you said, that you would earn Rs. 600. How much Gopal gets? Rs. 20,000. You are happy with Rs. 600 and Gopal coolly pockets Rs. 20,000 and according to the law, it is easy and quick money for the company chief. That is why it is illegal. Why do you complicate such a simple issue of daylight robbery stating that it is a good business opportunity.
Moreover, prove your point in any court of law and you are free. Instead, Gopal is hiding somewhere.
Can't you see my stand vindicated?

Oh! You have taken it offence. I know the exact meaning of the Sanskrit phrase “ Charvita Charvanam” literally chewing the chewed ..punah punah …

But, ” Charvita Charitam” …the repeated ..punah punah…story..history.. the old story being repeated once again and again. That’s the essence. Not otherwise.

OK. It is not the question of linguistic ability that we were debating. The effect of your story that we were discussing. If something new in what you are telling your readers it will be effective and informative.

In the article posted by you today, it created redundancy of the matter that you articulated in your earlier postings and nothing new. That’s why it is “Charvita Charitam” and not exactly like “Charvita Charvanam”…

Coming back to the original debate…you skipped the very intention of my earlier comment…the essence of my comment…”sub judice”. You yourself are saying - if Nmart’s case is legal let the court decide whether it is legal or illegal.. till then why to call someone a Cheat and a looter and with so many other abuses.

Kishore Reddy said...

contd ..2

The legal battle is going on… and Bombay High Court has already given the accused time to pray in appropriate court, perhaps you would have had a copy of the judgment (I hope you do have), and they are filing and fighting the legal battle in the appropriate court within that time frame. You have done your duty as a citizen, social activist and a crusader against MLM. Well. Let the court decide. Why “Charvita Charitam”.

I have not abused you in my earlier comment or even in this. Instead I appreciated you for what you have done or doing right now for the awareness you create among the investing public.

Neither I commented on the pros and cons of Nmart’s business strategy; on that subject you have given in your postings enough. It is still one side of the story. I don’t comment on this because it is the court, that has to decide: whether it is legal and useful to the society at large or contrary to that.

Till such time, we the living, including you, Gagan, Amitabh and everyone who is interested –whether Nmart to be or not to be, we all wait.

Hi,every body.I just couldnt resist myself to ask you some question....

1ST Q.What is the profit NMART is earning from the selling of products?

2ND Q.Is this sufficient enough to disburse all the commissions & expenditures?

3RD Q.Is NMART disburse the commissions of the senior line ups from the money are being deposited as registration fee?

4TH Q.If NMART doing as 3RD Q then somehow the process 1:2 leads towards number indefinite. Then how can this business model be viable? What will happen with the last level joiners? Because law of average or 80:20 rules or any such rules which based on success rate can not or should not be legal in terms of monitory transactions where it is mathematically proved to be broken(as it much higher than birth rate)after some time. Don't you agree? If not please let me know as I may not be aware of any other equations(Please dont add emotional equations in it).

In course of experience I found people like who even bother to think before they tell and suffer with SCP disorder due to lack of knowledge I dont think you belong to the group.

Try to do a simple math problem-multiply 1 in progressive rate i.e 1-2-4-8-16....so on.

calculate in a monthly basis.Try to get a idea of a year.I just want to listen your answer. I must reply with your answer after words.Thanks.

Gagan said...

@Zeddy B
I totally agree with your point that is about market saturation and that i know that in just 31st or 32nd step of pyramid the total number of members will pass the population of India. But these people will never calculate those things as they have been totally brainwashed by their seniors. The only thing common in all MLMs is profit from the loss of others and that profit is enjoyed by the uppermost people in the pyramid and they throw small peanuts to people at lower levels and hence out of all the profits only 1-2 percent of members at top enjoy them. And people at lower levels keep clapping for them and dreaming that they will reach at their place one day which never happens. So these people don't have time for all those calculations because they are still happy with filling the pockets of people at the top.
I would like to mention that MLMs MLMs divide families, friends and civic groups. Lifelong friends become "prospects." The neighborhood becomes a market." Motives change, suspicions rise, divisions form. The question is begged: "Is it worth it?"
Thanks.

Respected Sir,
It is always two sides of a coin. But in Nmart we should concider Two things.
A. Why should an individual be a member of Nmart?
Asnwer is because Nmart is providing following benefits being a regular customer for 4-years with an agreement-

a. Against 5500/- enrollment you will be provided-
1. A smart card with Id No.
2.Rs. 220/- *48=10560/-gift vouchers.
3.Side by Side a branded suit length of app. cost in market 1200/-
( App. cost for company is [10560-(10560*30%0]=7392/- [Here I have to mantion that app. busines value from Manufacturer to consumer of all house hold branded items ranges from 35-45% of MRP value, out of which Nmart already giving any body a discount of ranging 2-8% depending upon the what items you have purchased]. Now if you do not purchase any thing except gift voucher purchase then also company is returning you a goods of about 10560/- value with in 4 yrs.,which is still cheaper than MRP app. 2-8%depending upon the what you have purchased.
This can be done because from your advance money Nmart became a direct bulk purchaser on behalf of you, side by side he is also doing its retail bussiness from this money by selling the house hold products to other customers ,who are not regular customer of Nmart. Thus if he rotate this money app. 1500/- per month for 48 months then Nmart can earn app.[1500*48=72000 & 72000*30%}=21600/- apart from the bussiness provided by you in the 4yrs.

b.Company will also provide revolving credit fasciality to everyone upto1500/- every month . You have to pay this amount upto 7th of next month & again took a credit of same amount up 48 months as you have got an agreement for 4 years.

c. When you purchase 1500/- Rs. goods for your house hold daily needs from Nmart regularly for 48 months ,thus you have given a bussiness of Rs.72000/- from your daily expenses to Nmart and being a loyal member Nmart will provide you a loyalty bonus of Rs.11000/- after coplition of your tenure of 4yrs. This from the earning of Nmart from your own given bussiness {72000/-*30%]=21600/-

These all benefits are without enrolling any person in your group.

THUS YOU HAVE BENEFITED WITHOUT ENROLLING ANY PERSONS WITH YOUR OWN MONTHLY EXPENCES,BECAUSE THIS MONEY IS GOING IN THE POCKETS OF ALL BIG BUSSINESSMEN AND THE TRADITIONAL CHAIN SYSTEM OF TO DAYS DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM WHO ARE ALREADY RICH. BECAUSE WE HAVE TO EXPENCE FOR SURVIVAL OF OUR FAMILY PER MONTH ATLEAST 1500/- WHICH IS A MINIMUM SURVIVAL EXPENCE OF APOOR FAMILY NOW-ADAYS.
This copany is tring to provide a plateform to poors to unit with your expences to become it cheaper atleast by 18-24% then MRP.

B.Customer growth with bussiness plan is not dependent upon the cost or loss of individual member but it depends upon the awareness of the system & who is studying the system properly ,only he can uderstand the power and vision of this system.
Here I can proudly say that Nmart is not earning from the poors monthly survival cost per month i.e. Rs. 1500/- per month, but it is providing his bussiness associates a system by benefited to others how we can do bussiness with our own expences by providing systemic incentive to their group & thus by raising groups own purchasing power with in the system & thus regenerating the repurchase earning of IN.BUSS.ASSO.as well as Copany it self,by the help of each others.

Dr. Shiva Sharma said...

Dear Sir,
I further say that being the system is run by the Management of a company and all associates are their member as well as customers thus there should be representation and regulation by the members also and side by side Govt. Regulation be needed for the safe guard of invested money by the poeple ,thus making this system safe for the poeple in view of depositing atleast 25% of earn money by the system as security.

Thank you shyam ji for what corporate fraud watch is doing.

I think we should support this organisation for none other than us who always are the sufferer, looser by the gimmicks that to change our fate(?).As a dream to get a opportunity to be solvent enough so that we can also spend money like born rich people, film star etc, also we can have our own house,a car,and frauds take it as their opportunity. They start playing our dream and indulge us in to scams. Now we fall in to trap we become bound to support this sort of companies otherwise the people from whom we collected amounts will run behind us.And we suffer more as we dont have much Ideas about govt policies properly neither we are aware of law and litigation. It is kind of steroid to be exited (as many so called mlm companies tell in their meetings). Thus I think these sort of initiative will make us well informed and confident so that we can also make noise against these giant unethical but smart frauds.

Zeddy B. said...

Hi,
Where as a group of people is trying to make people informed about the mlm and its fraudulent activities in another side Some people may be well established on their field(a knowledgeable professional who also has a social responsibility) even dont bother to give points to be trusted!

Please think before any argument...being a bit educated person we know about progressive rate of growth i.e 1,2,4,8,16....so on.which is the basic format of mlm distribution scheme. Now calculate up to 40 step...mathematical way with out taking average or something like that. You will get a figure even more than the no of population on earth.Which confirms its logic not to be feasible or unanimous for all its people so that a democratic govt may give permission. What do you think my dear friend?I wooing to see your argument and its logic.I may be wrong so I must well come positive discussion on it.
Now somebody may tell we can continue on selling the product or being atleast the user...for them I just want to ask will it be unanimous then?Certainly not...Minimum(early joiners) will earn maximum and maximum will be the looser. Now somebody can tell.."survival of the fittest"Then my question is it expected or even feasible in a democratic country where we tell about common rights, social elements and society?Being a informed person can we support stronger to be strongest by making weaker to be weakest? My dear friend if maximum numbers of people(mus, owner of the firm and also the bad elements who want to cheat the mus) are doing any such activities which may badly affect the social and emotional status or state of the society but unknowingly of its whereabouts then responsibility must come on the shoulder of knowledgeable persons to make them well informed. But as because self and some few numbers of persons in comparison to population(so called 20%) are getting(i just dont want to give respect with the word "earning")
they even (I assume) with out scrutinizing the facts & figures putting their valuable comments(as they have social status, social respect, more over people may trust) in support of the 'mathematical impossibility' (because it is a chain scheme. The chain would break sooner than later and all the downline members would be losers.).Please be rational,if you want to promote its products(though it is not a manufacturer)as a distribution house its ok but if you promote chain business then it become illegal as it is a 'MI' as I mention earlier you even dont need to go up to 4 years.Again I maybe wrong thus I must well come good ,healthy arguments by which I may rectify my understandings.
