Clueless Tex is still advancing his time and money to lure others to join Amway

Shyam
Yet again, the absurd, intellectually-castrated 'Amway' apologist, Mr. Scott 'Tex' Johnson has posted a puerile provocation on your blog.
Without offering the slightest logical argument to support his latest illogical pronouncement, Johnson is now apparently denying the self-evident truth that he has been the victim of a sustainable form of advanced fee fraud. For, it is universally accepted that an advanced fee fraud is a confidence trick in which the target is persuaded to advance a sum, or sums, of money in the false hope of realizing a significantly larger gain.
Unfortunately, by his own admission, for 12 years, Mr. Johnson (like tens of millions of other transient 'Amway' targets during the previous 50+ years) was regularly advancing sums of money (to aquire pointless publications, recordings, tickets to meetings) in false hope of realizing a significantly larger gain. Again, by his own admission, Mr. Johnson was also advancing his time and money attempting to lure others into the same scam in the false hope that this endless recruitment activity would bring him future financial reward.

Advanced fee fraud of Amway

Shyam
I have received several enquiries about my use of the term, 'advanced fee fraud,' to describe the so-called 'Amway tool scam.'
Wikipedia has a comprehensive explanation, and history, of Advanced Fee Fraud http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advance-fee_fraud.
However, what the Wikipedia article does not begin to explain is that the understanding of advanced fee fraud is fundamental to the understanding of criminogenic cults or perverted ritual belief systems, in that it is a means of dissociating vulnerable indviduals from external reality, and parting them from their time and money, by identifying their deepest hopes and desires (prosperity, health, happiness, freedom, redemption, etc.), and then peddling them an exclusive place in a fictitious, future Utopian existence where their deepest hopes and desires will become fulfilled.
Self-evidently, this is an irrefutable description of so-called 'MLM' fraud.
Probably the most-notorious advanced fee fraud in recent years has been the 'Nigerian Bank Scam.' Interestingly, since 1995, the US law enforcement agency which has been tasked with dealing this particular problem has been the Secret Service (but only in the case of American victims who have lost in excess of $50000).
It makes one wonder how it was possible that, given their agents' undoubted expertise in the investigation of global advanced fee frauds, the entire panoply of US enforcement agencies have completely failed to spot 'Amway' and 'Scientology' - just two of their country's home-grown versions of the Nigerian Bank Scam, and which have been exported all over the globe?

Redirecting stolen cash to charity, Amway obstructed justice

Shyam
I thought that your free-thinking readers might like to know some more about how the 'Amway' mob has infiltrated traditional culture, and obstructed justice, by redirecting bundles of stolen cash to charity.
In 2007, it was widely-reported that, since 2001, the 500 000 (temporary) adherents and 26 corporate structures which formed the European section of the 'Amway' labyrinth had given $3.5 millions to UNICEF. However, one of these corporate structures was none other than 'Amway UK Ltd.' which was then facing compulsory closure and a possible UK Serious Fraud Office investigation, and which had never declared a trading profit during its 30+ years of existence. During all of this period, lurking behind the permanently-insolvent 'Amway UK Ltd.' was an advanced fee fraud (a.k.a. 'Tool Scam' ) which has been estimated to have netted around $1billion for a handful of US-based racketeers without any payment of UK tax. This mountain of stolen cash came from at least 1 million UK and Irish citizens (arbitrarily defined as 'Independent Business Owners') who were churned through the 'Amway' closed-market swindle.
Mysteriously (to date), no criminal investigation has ever been launched in the UK or USA into this most-serious of frauds.
So what do the billionaire bosses of the 'Amway' mob get in return for their apparent pious philanthropy? The following 'Amway' black propaganda is taken from UNICEF's own Website:
'Through Amway's Corporate Social Responsibility Programme "One By One" worldwide, Amway donated over $39 million to children's causes and more than 606,000 volunteer hours in 52 countries around the world, improving the lives of more than five million children. Headquartered in Ada, Michigan, USA, Alticor and its affiliates collectively referred to as Amway, offer products, business opportunities, and manufacturing and logistics services in more than 80 countries and territories worldwide. Most of the products have been researched and developed by Amway.'
You can even find a video on 'Youtube' of the distinguished James Bond actor, and 'UNICEF Ambassador', Sir Roger Moore, thanking 'Amway.'
Although senior officers of UNICEF have been made aware of the horror that lurks behind 'Amway', they now find themselves unable to withdraw from, or even to make any comment about, their highly-embarrassing partnership with a criminogenic organization, because they have been deceived into becoming financially dependent on a gang of sanctimonious racketeers with ongoing, hidden, global criminal objectives.

Amla is another racket stepping into India

Amla, which has been wreaking havoc in the United States is now entering India in a big way. It has appointed dealers all over India. It has been answered in this blog what Amla means and how easy it is to find in the backyard of any household in India. Still, the juice of of this citrus variety is being shown as cure for all diseases including cancer.
A person who has accepted dealership in Hyderabad has the gall to call on one of the advocates of Corporate Frauds Watch to be the legal adviser for his multilevel marketing scheme. Now Corporare Frauds Watch is planning to file a criminal case against the company.
Whether it is Amla or Noni or the products of Forever Living Products, they all claim that these products have miraculous healing powers and they cure all the disease including cancer and AIDS.
It is not the ordinary people who fall for it. The educated scoundrels who are out to make fast buck join in all these new schemes in the belief that those who joined first make money and the late joiners would lose money. They do not mind to cheat their own friends and relatives afresh.
My dear countrymen, do not fall for the schemes of these crooks.

Amway using stolen cash for good causes is racketeering

Shyam
The recent predictably-feeble comments made by your little flock of resident, intellectually-castrated 'Amway' apologists, are perfect illustrations of how their minds are incapable of thinking in multi-dimensional terms. Taken in splendid isolation, the simple act of giving money to an Indian children's charity seems perfectly innocent. However, when the wider picture is examined, any gifts of stolen cash made by 'Amway India Enterprises' to authentic good-causes are revealed as part of a pattern of major racketeering activity. Exactly as in the case of Bernie Madoff, for years the billionaire bosses of the 'Amway' mob have used a small proportion of their ill-gotten gains to pose as pious philanthropists and, thus, obstruct justice.
Remember, the centrally-controlled, global, criminogenic organization most-commonly referred to as 'Amway' comprises a mystifying labyrinth of (apparently independent) corporate structures pursuing lawful, and or unlawful, activities. This labyrinth has been maliciously created to prevent, and/or divert, investigation, and isolate 'Amway's' billionaire bosses, and millionaire under-bosses, in the USA from liability.
Like tens of millions of other aspiring 'Amway Millionaires' during the previous 50+ years, young Trivedi just cannot comprehend the fundamentally evil nature of the racketeers who have temporarily hijacked his life using co-ordinated, devious techniques of social, psychological and physical persuasion that date back thousands of years.

Amway's uncharitable charity work inspires none

Baffled Trivedi with wide-eyes that of a child stated Amway India gave away gifts to nine children out of 80,000 participants in a painting competition. The Amway should give gifts to all of them because it is looted from their countrymen only.
Now it is apt to recall an incident where Amway India tucked the tail and ran away from the scene. Amway India organised similar painting competition in collaboration with a popular local language daily newspaper Eenadu in Vijayawada. Corporate Frauds Watch pasted posters all over city stating that Amway India is a cheating company which has been looting our country for the last one decade. The posters appeared at the venue of the competition too. The organisers employed men to tear down the posters with little success. The painting competition was conducted amidst tight security. However, Amway India which is supposed to conduct similar competitions all over the State of Andhra Pradesh called it off after its media partner Eenadu Publications cut the ties with them.
The main idea behind the renewal fee is lining its own pocket with public money and this was pointed out the Andhra Pradesh High Court in its judgement.

Where does money for charity come from, Trivedi?

Shyam
Where does wide-eyed young Trivedi suppose the money actually come from for 'Amway India Enterprises' to try to buy respectability?
In the face of a criminal investigation, the relatively small amount of cash that the 'Amway' mob is currently (very-publicly) redirecting into a few well-chosen Indian charities, has come from the pockets of the victims of a hugely-profitable pyramid scam, or money circulation scheme, and even more-profitable allied advanced fee frauds. This typically callous tactic is being pursued by a gang of sanctimonious American racketeers to manipulate their victims, and the public, so that they can continue to thieve from Indians and avoid being held to account. Let's face it, when you're stealing hundreds of millions of dollars, it makes perfect sense to hand a few thousands to a laudable charity for blind children and create the appearance of concerned philanthropy.
What actually is this so-called 'Amway Business Opportunity' that wide-eyed young Trivedi keeps squawking about?; for, according to 'Amway's' Internet Lord Haw Haw, Mr. 'IBOFB' Steadson, despite what it has said on 'Amway's' contracts for 50+ years, it's merely the opportunity to give money to the bosses of the 'Amway' mob as a 'customer.'
In the adult world of quantifiable reality, the so-called 'Amway Business Opportunity' is a disguised invitation to commit financial suicide.
As I have said before, when you know the scale of the horror lurking behind the pretty 'Amway' façade, it enough to make any decent person want to vomit.
