Amway has insufficient external revenue to pay majority of IBOs

The recent deluge of scripted protestations raining upon your Blog from the 'Amway' Ministry of Truth, via the castrated mind of young Trivedi, is yet more damning evidence of how effective cultic groups are at exploiting individuals by ritualizing their means of thought. When this wide-eyed fellow fell for the 'Amway' myth, he obviously didn't have the beginings of a clue as to what the essential identifying characteristic of a mathematically impossible (and, therefore, illegal) money circulation scheme is. However, this is nothing to be ashamed of, because very few people do.
That said, young Trivedi appears to be a classic mark for the 'Amway' racketeers, in that his own ego will now not allow him to admit that he was just another greedy little twit (without two rupees to scratch his backside) who was easily seduced by 'Amway's' reality-inverting, pretty words and images constantly depicting a future, secure, Utopian existence where no one works, but every happy couple wears his and hers Rolex watches, drives his and hers luxury cars and lazes beside the pool in their spotless mansions.
All Trivedi has to do to glimpse the ugly reality lurking behind this puerile comic-book fantasy, is just go and look on e-bay (in the UK, USA, Australia, etc.) where he will see thousands of (untouched) banal 'Amway' products being offered at prices which are a fraction of those being gathered by the billionaire bosses of the 'Amway' mob. This effectively unsaleable wampum is constantly being unloaded on e-bay by twits like Trivedi who once fell for the 'Amway' myth and who were deceived into buying grossly-overpriced products and attempting to recruit their friends and relations to do the same, ad infinitum, in the false belief that this 'Proven Plan of Duplication' would lead to 'Total Financial Freedom.'
Participants in the illegal 'Amway' money circulation scheme might as well have been given boxes of fresh-air in return for their payments.
This brings us back to the simple fact that, for more than 50 years, virtually no 'Amway' products have been retailed by 'Amway' adherents to non-'Amway' adherents. Thus, the only real money entering the parallel 'Amway' economy has come from 'Amway's' own non-salaried commission agents. No matter how this finite quantity of money has been divided up by the all-powerful bosses of the 'Amway' mob, the majority of 'Amway's' powerless participants have not received a profit, because it was a mathematical impossibility for them to do so.
Notice Trivedi, not even 'Amway's' lawyers attempt to dispute this.
The essential identifying characteristic of an illegal money circulation scheme is that it has insufficient external revenue to pay the majority of its contributing participants a profit.

Do you know how WalMart owners got wealthy? They sold billions of dollars worth of goods to millions of customers.

Amway gets rich selling billions of dollars to a few million IBOs.

Most IBOs are broke and make little from Amway because they don't sell anything.

Amway doesn't care if there is enough external revenue to pay the majority of IBOs. Amway gets paid no matter who buys the products. The upline doesn't care either, they make most of their money from the tool scam.

One cannot compare it in linear way.

Walmart is using traditional business model.

where it buys from the manufacturers and sells to the customers.

And here the person is given an opportunity to become walmart (virtual mart).

but when i say this u will raise the question of customers.

And there is no exact data available on that ( i again cross checked by asking amway official they said its not possible)

I would take in this way that its better that i would take quality products from amway than from other companies. If would not buy from amway if would buy similar quality products from other companies.

buying products which benefits to me makes more sense then buying from others.

besides this i can get my products at my home by just paying Rs25. so no time wasting!!!

joecool i play it very simple, i have friends who buy products from loreal, estee lauder or even they take supplements.

its better to take from amway that will have two way benifit, and when comes to home care its for sure they are relatively cheaper and more effective than the others available in the market.

when i consider walmart sales against amway i would first compare there business formats.

well lets have a glance on walmart

walmart revenue comes mainly in 3 formats. they are

Discount stores, supercenters and neighborhood market

These discount stores range in size from 30,000 square feet to 219,000 square feet, with an average size of approximately 108,000 square feet. Supercenters range in size from 94,000 square feet to 260,000 square feet, with an average size of approximately 186,000 square feet. Neighborhood Markets range in size from 36,000 square feet to 62,000 square feet, with an average size of approximately 42,000 square feet.

US which contributes about 64% (63.7%)of walmart revenue.

In US there were 891 discount stores, 2612 super centers and 153 Neighborhood Markets in US.

total there were 3,656 stores in US which generated $255592.428 (approx) million of $401,244.00 million.


tell me a single ibo having those formats.

these figures are interesting, well thanks u gave me a good idea i should own walmart store may be discount and US would be the best region.

Well how much i have to pay for that 150 dollars or how much?

I am sure atleast its an opportunity that atleast anyone can buy?

and yeah i also came to know that there only 3,615 stores on international level which contributes
$145651.572 million (approx)or 36.3% of $401,244.00 million

so i can say that there are total 7271 stores which generate $401,244.00 million. so average sales per walmart store is $55 million (approx)

so its like owning a store and i can earn income of diamond, so why not to own a store of walmart.

its investment would be as low as $150. right jowcool?

The problem is that you have fooled yourself into thinking you are buying from yourself. You are not. You are buying from Amway.
Amway charges a lot more than Walmart. You would be better off buying from Walmart and re-selling goods to customers.

You compound the problem if you are buying tools to teach you this sham.

Amway's reductions may be nice, but they still cannot match WalMart because Amway has to include their bonus payments in the prices of their products.

Oh and Amway now advertises. That much less for IBOs I guess.

dear joecool, i know what u are saying regarding the price.

when it comes to price comparison i just don't look at the price and then compare with the product which are available in walmart (however here it would be other malls)

I often chose my prospects who chose the quality products. u must be knowing the buying does not mean buying the quality one.

What i would do is cost per use comparison compared to other products available in the market and benifits which they provide.



For e.g in the case of shampoo it cost me costs me around Rs 365 (thats mrp or rrp) the best part of it is that it is shampoo plus conditioner. When i buy of similar quality it would cost me around Rs 350-400.

i don't even need to tell that amway products are good quality. When i give them for try they tell by their experience.

I found several products 3 years ago that compete with Walmart and a local grocery store. That was before the price reductions, and shipping is now free for orders of $75 or more. So yes, I do shipping, and assume it is ZERO. Can you estimate the cost for driving to the store? LOL

So Amway's thousands of products (some IBOs claim millions) and you can find 3 that are comparable with WalMart prices?

But wait, you have to order $75 to get free shipping.

I live 8 miles from Walmart and 7 miles from Costco. I guess I might spend $2 on gas for a round trip.
