Amway IBO's murder case: Life imprisonment to unemployed youth

Women's Session judge Nirmala Gitamba on Monday (December 26) pronounced and sentenced Bhukya Ravi Kiran to life imprisonment and imposed a fine of Rs. 3,000 holding him to guilty of murdering an Amway IBO Nimishakani Sailaja, wife of Rammohan, professor, Siddhartha Engineering College in Vijayawada,on November 10, 2006.

According to the prosecution, Ravi Kiran is an unemployed youth who did various odd jobs for eking out an living. His brother is an auto rickshaw driver. Naga Durga, servant maid of the housewife Sailaja, told the auto driver that Sailaja was an independent business owner (IBO) of Amway India Enterprises and earning wads of money. Naga Durga also told him that Sailaja said several times that she was earning more than Rs 65,000 every month after joining Amway.
The auto driver informed his brother Ravi Kiran about the business opportunity of Amway. Ravi Kiran believed that Sailaja was earning a lot of money every month. One day he met Sailaja who enthusiastically explained the business opportunity of Amway India Enterprises and it is easy and quick way to earn good money. She pestered him to join Amway India to earn easy and quick money by just enrolling more members into the scheme.
Ravi Kiran has other plans to earn easy and quick money. He hatched a plan to do away with Sailaja and steal the money she had earned as Amway IBO.
Ravi Kiran checked into a small hotel with the pseudonym B Kishore of Gudivada town on November 6, 2006 and purchased a knife to put his plan into action.
On November 10, he went to the apartment where Sailaja was living and told her that he was interested to join Amway India but he needed more details. Unsuspecting and overenthusiastic Sailaja let him into the apartment house.
While she was explaining the business opportunity, Ravi Kiran stabbed her with the knife and strangled her with her own saree. Sailaja died on the spot. Ravi Kiran removed gold ornaments from her person and broke open the almyrah to find wads of money stashed there. But to his dismay he found only Rs. 1700.
Her husband, Rammohan, who returned from the college for lunch, found his wife in a pool of blood. He lodged a complaint with the police.
During the course of investigation, the police found Ravi Kiran indulged in the crime.
Fifteen witnesses corroborated the prosecution case and it was found Ravi Kiran was guilty.
A simple lie that she was earning wads of money as member of Amway India resulted in the death of the housewife.

In this sense if I committed a serious criminal offence that's a matter of laws will be appear. In most of business the owner make a ideology that they have sold a lot of such product, what I am looking for. Company also selling product such a way that they are the almost number one. POLITICIANS are also committed that if they are elected they could be solved every problems. But reality is that, it's never fulfilled. We are keep circling in be or not to be. it's a time to feel that why these are happening ? I have a little knowledge that today we are falling in a vast market place. Lack of knowledge and Government procedure we are always going in hail. Feel in this way TV is one of most common parameter where some people creating an idea that those things are absolute need for life. the most common actor and actress play role that those material are really used by them and those things are really needed for the common people. SMOKING CAUSES THE CANCER, CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL NOT FOR HEALTHY LIVING ............ WHETHER GOVERNMENT EARNS A LOT OF MONEY FROM THEIR PRODUCTION AND SELLING. NOW WHO WILL BE ALLIGATE. I am looking that you are always blame those companies those who are doing so ! But not blame the system from where, they are produced. You have made certain case against those companies, where the total system are goes under this loose holes.

Today’s one of the biggest opportunity has came at last FDI. Nmart must reach the goal if , it’s manage to shake hands with the biggest one of those companies. From the story it is hard to realize the matter one the game behind it. I am asking gopal shekhawat ji to join the hand the foreign Investor to promote the business. Ones it happens then nobody cann’t be stop it. Nmart has already malls and ready customers. The question about the money chitting bang prize case will be solve soon. If those malls are filled with commodities, where the 20 lakhs customer are ready and many will be added. There some changes will be required in the scheme. All coupons are valid if they purchase products regularly otherwise redeemed. Even coupons are also be able to encash at gas station, mobile recharge, petrol filling through a good network. Nmart has already got the advantage to prove that to the FDI. LETS WELCOME FDI AND START BUSINESS AS SOON.

Good Suggestion Parth Das, But to achieve that Gopal Shekhawat should come out first and got the criminal case closed. Let him approach the judiciary and do something.

Yes Mr.Shyam I got it ha.. you look agent of foreigner companies.Your selfish desire for wealth once more to make India dependent of WEST.

Mr Parth das before these false cases Nmart was running smoothly and there is no need to involve foreign cos or FDI to run local business.
