Crooks like Amway insist on enrollment and product sale in that order

The modus operandi of all the crooks be it Amway India, Tupperware, Hindustan Unilever Network Ltd, Herbalife, Forever Living Products or some other indigenous cheats, is enroll gullible people and sell them products which could not be sold in the open market at that price.
For instance, Glister toothpaste costs only Rs. 16 but it is sold at Rs. 120 to the Amway India members.
So is the case with Forever Living Products. The Aloe Vera toothpaste is sold for Rs. 220 to the members of Forever Living Products. However, the members of FLP claim that they need not enroll new members. If they could sell the products with smooth talk and with tall claims of its therapeutic properties of Aloe Vera he gets some money. If he could enroll more members and sell them the products, he gets the real money.
The Supreme Court of India in its judgement in Kurichan Chacko case stated that plea of non-involvement of members in the enrollment of new members is not tenable since Section 2 (c) of th e Prize Chits & Money Circulation Schemes (Banning ) Act, 1978 does not insist that enrollment of members must be by members already enrolled.

What always astounds me about many anti-MLM zealots like you Shyam, is how shamelessly dishonest you are when accusing others of being crooks.

Glister is not sold to Amway members at Rs.120. that's the full recommended retail price. Amway members get it up to 50-55% cheaper depending on their volumes.

You know this, we've had the discussion before you even mentioned it yourself in the post.

You're closer with Forever Living though, with their tooth gel costing distributors Rs. 222. More if you're new (how does that work?) Maximum recommended retail price is Rs.317.

It took me all of a couple of minutes to find this information. You're supposed to be a former journalist Shyam, ever heard of research?

Or is that why you're a former journalist? Fired for making stuff up perhaps?

The price of products is almost irrelevent because so few Amway products ever reach non ibo customers. IBos don't mind paying more because they "have a dream".

Strange how the concentration and better quality doesn't retain IBOs as customers if they stop building the business.

One might also ask why the focus of most business building IBOs is on recruiting?

ibofb,

Okay, so use 60. 60 compared to 16, still several times more.

However, we also need to see the SIZE of each product, as well as the ingredients, in order to do an accurate price comparison.

Amway apologists should know there is nothing like recommended retail price in India. There is only a maximum retail price or MRP. These crooks do not say why they are paying sales tax on Glister toothpaste for only Rs. 16. They should pay the tax on the MRP. Learn things right crooks before calling other names. These crooks are also silent on recruiting through the infamous 6-4-3 business model which the Andhra Pradesh High Court pointed out.

Shyam,

Answer the size and ingredients question. In the U.S., you only pay tax on the amount the item sells for, not the full retail price. I think it is the same nearly everywhere. Now pull your head out of your ass and answer the questions. LOL

Tex, the stupid, wakes up from stupor. Good. But he is back with his stupid mannerism. Size is only 100 grams and the ingredients not gold to cost so much. Now tuck your tail and slink off. Hey, stay around. We need a court jester.

Shyam,

(1) amazing how you just completely ignore the fact that you lied about the member price and simply critiqued my minor error in referring to RRP instead of MRP

(2) the document you are using as a source for Rs.16 price is clearly for the sale of the products from Sarvotharm, I assume to Amway India. CST (which I believe is now abolished?) is paid on each sale in the supply chain, with credits available on the earlier sale. Why on earth you think Sarvotharm should be paying sales tax on the rate it's customer, Amway India, ultimately sells it for is beyond me.

Is this just another example of your brilliant journalistic research skills?

Or is this just another example of your dishonesty and complete lack of journalistic integrity?

100 grams compared to what? Does the other toothpaste make the same claims as Glister?

Journalistic integrity - two words that seldom go together, especially on this site! LOL
