Brain dead Trivedi wants amendment to PCMC Act

The other day, our court jester young man Trivedi came out with a 'wonderful' idea. He suggested an amendment to the Prize Chits & Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978 to facilitate the crooks like Amway and their ilk to loot the people of India. We have such type of nitwits in our midst.
Simply ignoring how these crooks including the members of Indian Direct Selling Association have been bleeding the gullible all over the country, this half-baked primate wants the amendment to an enactment which was brought out to save people.
This fellow was told elaborately how the crooks like Amway India are looting our own people. He simply refuses to see the reality and shuts his thinking prowess and states that he is not enrolling any member but only selling products. And in the same breath he says if 'he and his group' could generate Rs 600,000 business every month, he would be entitled for 21% commission. He could not answer to the question how his 'group' would form without enrollment.
Such type of half wit people are recruited by Amway to spread the 'gospel' of 'good business opportunity'  that would lead to 'total financial freedom' in 2-5 years.
Prize Chits & Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978 is the only solution available to the people of India to file criminal cases when they are cheated by these fraudulent companies.
