Truth won't change by calling someone names, IBOFB

IBOFB once again appears after a long lull calling names everyone whoever disagrees with him. He challenges to prove what I told the court was a lie. What he forgets was, the learned judges after carefully considering all points only admitted the writ petition. They were shown how Amway is inducing people to become members with false promises of huge money.
The Rs. 50, 850 profit was shown in the website of amwayindia.com which was actually monthly total earnings. These hooded faces should come out from their country of origin and look for facts. If he thinks he is more intelligent than the learned justices of Andhra Pradesh High Court what that could be described - arrogance, headstrong or stupidity.
These swindlers have been robbing my country, my countrymen and I am all the more determined to unravel the mask of these hooded monsters. Come out fraudsters. Show your face and real identity.
The amwayindia.com also induces people under the false profits of Rs. 50,850 with bold lettering "We are ready to grow the business... Are You???" If this is not inducement what else is this.
This is how Amway India is cheating the gullible and there are millions of silent sufferers all over India who do not want to come out openly fearing that it would hurt their friends and relatives. That does not make Amway India a legitimate business house.
I call upon my countrymen to file criminal cases against Amway India without hurting their friends and relatives.

They're only lies if you know you're not telling the truth. That's what is perhaps saddest - you believe you are telling the truth. So I don't think you're lying. Just ignorant.

For an example of your ignorance - Rs. 50,850 profit does not come from recruiting 102 people. In the example given in the brochure on Amway India it clearly shows that Rs.50,850 profit comes from generating sales of more than Rs.500,000 and sharing some of the profit with 4 people who helped you generate the sales.

Telling people that if they can create sales of Rs.500,000 they can profit Rs50,080 (in just one example!) is a "false promise" how? Hundreds of thousands of people around the world have done exactly that. I'd imagine there's already thousands in India that have done it.

Is that an "inducement"? Sure, I guess so. The same inducement applies to virtually anything you do to make money. Become a lawyer, see this many customers, you'll make this much money. Become a journalist, submit this many words, we'll pay you this.

That's fraudulent? That's somehow a false inducement?

Please, understand what you are talking about before you make such posts.

It seems MR Trivedi, you are not aware of the Andhra Pradesh High Court judgment which held Amway India business model is illegal. Do you think justices of AP High Court are not intelligent. The criminal case is pending against Amway India in the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Nampally, Hyderabad. All these fraudsters entered the country when the country opened up as part of liberalisation in the guise of direct selling.
