Shameless Amway apologists still pretend that everything is right

Amway apologist IBOFB's knee jerk reaction could be understood. Laughably, he thinks that the police gave false impression about how Amway operates. It is not 'thinking' that is important in a judicial court. Hard evidence that is needed to make the difference. The Andhra Pradesh High Court depended upon the affidavit filed by Amway India describing its business model. In fact, it is the Amway India which moved the High Court with a writ petition seeking to declare that their business model is legal.
After carefully studying each and every word in the affidavit submitted by Amway India only the Division Bench has gone to the conclusion that its business model is illegal attracting the mischief of the Prize Chits & Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978.
In the second issue regarding the members earning commission, the Honourable High Court rightly pointed out that "It is, thus, evident that the whole scheme is so ingeniously conceived that the inducement for aggressive enrollment of new members to earn more and more commission is inherent in the scheme." These words are not invented by anyone but based on the affidavit filed by Amway India itself.
These Amway apologists pretend like ostrich. Accept the reality.
In fact a simple answer to the simple questions is "read the Andhra Pradesh High Court judgement thoroughly."

I've yet to see the Amway affidavit. You appear to be suggesting however that the court did not consider police submissions at all, and, not surprising given your past behaviour, we know that is completely false.

Indeed, a review of the judgement shows that the Advocate General pointed to an Amway brochure supplied by one of the accusers and further referred to an affidavit from the police.

There's a reason why brochures are used in conjunction with a full personal explanation - they are not designed or meant to be used as full explanations of the business model. It is evidently easy to not get a full understanding of the business model from them.

Indeed, the court itself clearly states it does not have the full facts of the case -

The High Court being the highest court of a State should normally refrain from giving a prima facie decision in a case where the entire facts are incomplete and hazy, more so when the evidence has not been collected and produced before the Court and the issues involved, whether factual or legal, are of magnitude and cannot be seen in their true perspective without sufficient
material.

In other words, their very argument for dismissing Amway's petition is that they don't have the full facts of the case to be able to make a proper judgment!

The court knows this. The court said this. Why do you ignore it?

Probably the same reason you lied about the Stalin move, and you lied about glister toothpaste, and you lie about so much else about Amway and MLM.

But what is the reason, Shyam? Of that I am curious. What is your motive for such dishonesty?

Faceless fellow, What kind of new found jugglery of words for a man of poor English. 'Appear to be suggesting'. Where is it? Police filed the criminal case against Amway India and Amway asked the High Court for interference. The High Court after going through the Amway affidavit only gave the verdict and said that the police have every right to continue the investigation and file the charge sheet.
Glister toothpaste is still offered by the IBOs to people who are interested to buy for Rs. 120 only. Who is lying?
You raised a good question. My motive for revealing facts. These crooks are destroying the social fabric of our Indian society. That is why get I am telling you people to get lost.

Yes, the High Court said the Police have every right to continue their investigation and dismissed Amway's petition to have the Police stopped. Why did the High Court dismiss the petition?

The High Court being the highest court of a State should normally refrain from giving a prima facie decision in a case where the entire facts are incomplete and hazy, more so when the evidence has not been collected and produced before the Court and the issues involved, whether factual or legal, are of magnitude and cannot be seen in their true perspective without sufficient
material.

You are claiming the High Court made a definitive judgment on Amway's legality, when the very judgment itself states the High Court did not have all the information necessary to make a decision

@Syham Sundar asks: Glister toothpaste is still offered by the IBOs to people who are interested to buy for Rs. 120 only. Who is lying?

Who is lying you ask?

That would be YOU, Shyam, when you claimed Amway was selling it to IBOs for that price.

That would be YOU, Shyam, when claiming Amway is avoiding tax and only paying sales tax on the ex-factory price of Glister, when that tax isn't even payable by Amway, it's payable by the vendor

That would be YOU, Shyam, when you claimed "Stalin" bombed at the box office

That would be YOU, Shyam, when, after being shown to be lying on the above, you claimed there were "no takers" for the movie from the third week on.

There's plenty more ...

That is why I am asking you to read, nay study, the High Court judgement. This fellow conveniently miss main points and hangs around petty things. I have mentioned many important comments in the judgement regarding the Prize Chits & Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978. Just read it or study it. It could be seen with naked eyes. But you refuse to see the reality.

Shyam, make your mind up. On the one hand you defend the High Court as virtually infallible geniuses, on the other hand you are ignoring the fact that they themselves state they are unable to render a full judgment as "the entire facts are incomplete and hazy ... the evidence has not been collected and produced before the Court"

Talk about cherry picking!

Take your own advice. Study what they said.

And one of these days take some time to study the Amway business plan. Again and again Amway IBOs have told you that you do not understand it and are misrepresenting it. You continue to ignore them.

LoL. What a rational explanation!
