Multilevel marketing (MLM) could be described as the greatest fraud pulled on people all over world. There are innumerable books on this marketing technique which is in fact nothing but cheating the gullible by showing heaven on their palms.
MLM= OPM+OPE is the apt description of this racketeering.
MLM means Making Lots of Money with Other People's Money plus Other People's Efforts.
Amway has the dubious distinction of pioneering this type of fraud by introducing products and services in the money circulation schemes.
The Andhra Pradesh High Court has rightly held that the business model of Amway India is illegal attracting the provisions of the Prize Chits & Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978.
The crooks who indulge in this racketeering stoop to any level to cheat their own relatives and friends. However, the victims fearing loss of social relations never complain against them. That is the weakest link on their part.
It is high time the government took initiative to ban multi level marketing altogether making it illegal even to advertise in the media.
My dear fellow humans all over world! Do not fall prey to the evil designs of these crooks and lose money in the multi level marketing menace. These are nothing but veiled money circulation schemes in which joining and making others join is a crime.
Whether it is Tex or Trivedi or IBOFB, they never reveal how much they are investing every month on purchasing products and how much they are selling and how much they are using them for personal use. They also never reveal how much profit they are making every month.
