Amway using stolen cash for good causes is racketeering

Shyam
The recent predictably-feeble comments made by your little flock of resident, intellectually-castrated 'Amway' apologists, are perfect illustrations of how their minds are incapable of thinking in multi-dimensional terms. Taken in splendid isolation, the simple act of giving money to an Indian children's charity seems perfectly innocent. However, when the wider picture is examined, any gifts of stolen cash made by 'Amway India Enterprises' to authentic good-causes are revealed as part of a pattern of major racketeering activity. Exactly as in the case of Bernie Madoff, for years the billionaire bosses of the 'Amway' mob have used a small proportion of their ill-gotten gains to pose as pious philanthropists and, thus, obstruct justice.
Remember, the centrally-controlled, global, criminogenic organization most-commonly referred to as 'Amway' comprises a mystifying labyrinth of (apparently independent) corporate structures pursuing lawful, and or unlawful, activities. This labyrinth has been maliciously created to prevent, and/or divert, investigation, and isolate 'Amway's' billionaire bosses, and millionaire under-bosses, in the USA from liability.
Like tens of millions of other aspiring 'Amway Millionaires' during the previous 50+ years, young Trivedi just cannot comprehend the fundamentally evil nature of the racketeers who have temporarily hijacked his life using co-ordinated, devious techniques of social, psychological and physical persuasion that date back thousands of years.

Amway/Amway rep: Here ... try one of these world leading award winning products, and if you don't like it, give it back and we'll give you your money back.

Customer/new ABO: Thanks!

Brear/Sundar: Thief!! Thief!! Police!! Thief!!

hahahahahahaha

First who would take these products unless you bring pressure on him/her? Will he be able to return the product even if he does not like it? At the most he may shut to the door on your face next time.

I and my many customers have been buying these products for years because we like them. And if they don't, which happens, they can of course be returned. I just had a downline return a couple of hundred dollars worth of products to Amway because they didn't suit a customers needs. I have some shampoo sitting here in a bag beside me to return to Amway as a customer preferred another brand. That same customer has asked me to order some other products for her. Within a few weeks of joining Amway myself, I'd returned some clothes I'd purchased as I'd been a little optimistic on the size. I didn't realise I was supposed to contact Amway for a shipping label, and simply posted them myself. They fully refunded the price of the trousers AND the postage I'd spent.

Shyam, you make all these claims about Amway, and support various of Brear's claims, but it appears you've never actually tried any Amway products yourself? And you've never tried returning any products to see if the guarantee is real?

Amway's Nutrilite and eSpring brand has won "most trusted brand" status throughout Asia for many years. The LOC brands have been winning consumer and expert awards in Ukraine the last three years in a row. In the US Nutrilite tops independent surveys of consumer statisfaction year after year after year.

These are all independent surveys, not Amway marketing materials. Indeed in the past Amway has barely ever mentioned them, I tracked them down and found out about them myself.

On what basis are you, who has never even tried the products able to make claims about their value?????

The Amway opportunity provides a false need for products. The vast majority of Amway products are sold to Amway agents. The Amway agents desire the products only when they have the dream of getting rich. Once they realize that Amway is a lousy way to get rich, their desire for Amway products disappears and the ex-ibos now find greater value at WalMart or where ever they bought products prior to getting sucked into Amway.

IBOFB sees Ama-world through rose colored glasses where nobody gets tricked into Amway meetings, and upline only gives tools away instead of lining their pockets with tool profits and nobody in his world shows off fancy suits and cars as a means to recruit new IBOs. And if you believe all of the hash cooked up by IBOFB, the contact me, I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell you.

well it depends upon way of doing the business.

I see many people doing the amway business in fraudulent way but this doesn't mean that amway is fraudulent company.

A very similar example which i can share is insurance company and its agents.

there are people who do business ethical way and there are people who do it faulty way.

And i am sure that by reading this again to that same old question shyam will ask that they are charging hefty fee of Rs 995. It looks as if he wants that company should share the business opportunity for free!!!

Shyam thinks that other businesses available in the market can be started for free.

Amway is fraudulent. They know full well they would have to pay out more of THEIR profit if the LCKs weren't cleaning up on the ATS.

mmm .... hefty fee .... to put it in perspective for non-Indian readers, it's about $22/yr.

Yup, that's gonna make them Amway owners rich!!!

I have been reading the comments from everyone. There are millions of fraudulent internet based companies who are luring gullible people from all over the world. No one wants to talk about them.
I have studied the Amway sales & Marketing plan and find it wonderful opportunity for an ordinary man to earn a decent living and create financial choices in his life. Yes! it is hurting the competitors and also hurting some of the retailers who are trying to spread a negativity against Amway instead of gearing up with a plan to promote healthy competition.
The next type of people spreading negativity are the people who tried and could not succeed in Amway. For them the grapes are sour.
There is yet the third category. These are the people who got success but cared a damn about the ethics or the agreement of partnership rules. The partnership had to be terminated after giving enough caution. Now these people are crying fowl.
The partnership between big corporates break up and there is hardly any hue & cry. The number of people involved with Amway directly or indirectly is very large and so is the proportion of aggrieved people.
I have used many products and I like many of them. If people are not taking a liking to the products, the sales wouldn't be going up every year.
Every thing has good points and bad points. I would take a look at both and would like to pick on good points. Not only for Amway, try picking up good points about your spouse, your children, your neighbor, your friends and your colleagues. YOUR life will change.
