Examples are to be followed to line your pocket

These absurd Amway apologists has once again come out with their same irrational logic. They say examples are for the sake of examples. Examples are to be followed otherwise what is the point in giving examples.
If anybody wants to earn money he has to enrol six persons. Of course, one may find only four that is another issue. To complete one leg he has to find six persons and in turn the six persons have to enrol four members each and four in turn have to enrol three members each. That is exactly what is written in the website.
And that is what was pointed out by the Andhra Pradesh High Court. Here is the paragraph from the judgment.
"It is thus evident that the whole scheme is so ingeniously conceived that the inducement for aggressive enrolment of new members to earn more and more commission is inherent in the scheme. By holding out attractive commission on the business turned out by the downline members, the scheme provides for sufficient inducements for its members to chase for the new members in their hot pursuit to make quick/easy money. On the part of the promoter (Amway India) by pushing each member to achieve the minimum sales worth Rs. 2,000 per month, (this sale includes enrollment of new members) he is assured of about Rs. 1000 crore per annum. All this squarely satisfy the description of quick/easy money. In addition to this, it is an admitted fact that each person in order to continue to be the distributor, shall pay renewal subscription fee of Rs. 995 per annum. In para 11(b) of the counter affidavit on the admitted number of distributors of 450,000 this amount is calculated at about Rs. 45 crore per annum. These figures are not denied by the first petitioner (Amway India) in its rejoinder. The plea of the first petitioner that there is no compulsion that a member shall renew his distributorship looks to us to be specious. Once a person becomes a distributor in a scheme of this nature where the sops in the shape of commission are so luring, it would be very difficult for a member to withdraw from their membership to avoid payment of the annual renewal subscription fee.
From the whole analysis of the scheme and the way in which it is structured it is quite apparent that once a person gets into this scheme he will find it difficult to come out of the web and it becomes a vicious circle for him."
I think it is sufficient for any sane person to understand the gravity of the "good business opportunity". That is why I appeal to people all over world to throw these crooks of their respective countries.

You are CLUELESS.

Examples are to illustrate ONE potential combination. Here's where the example is accurate: if the number of legs and volume within each leg are the same as the example, the resulting profit for the highest level IBO is accurate. In other words, if you have 6 legs of equal volume, the 4-3 can be in any combination of width and depth.

Examples are NOT to be followed, they are examples. They are designed to ILLUSTRATE, not specify. CLUELESS.

EXAMPLE
1. one of a number of things, or a part of something, taken to show the character of the whole: This painting is an example of his early work.
2. a pattern or model, as of something to be imitated or avoided: to set a good example.
3. an instance serving for illustration; specimen: The case histories gave carefully detailed examples of this disease.
4. an instance illustrating a rule or method, as a mathematical problem proposed for solution.
5. an instance, esp. of punishment, serving as a warning to others: Public executions were meant to be examples to the populace.
6. a precedent; parallel case: an action without example.

CLUELESS.

If you find 6 persons, you have 6 legs, not 1, less you put them in depth. CLUELESS.

Wow, the court said if you create more volume you make more money, and it gets harder to walk away as it gets bigger. Duh. The annual renewal cost is tiny compared to the money being made AND the money being spent on other overhead expenses. CLUELESS.

ibofb,

You still haven't addressed the below statement by the UK judge. I also challenge you to find a statement in his ruling that would support your position that the actions taken by Amway prior to or during the court case had no bearing on shutting them down.

On balance I do not consider that the need to punish Amway for its past wrongs or the need to deter other multilevel companies from inducing the public to become purchasers and retailers of its products by misstatements requires that the serious consequences I have identified be visited on Amway: and as a result of the undertakings now offered (including that offered at trial) I consider a winding up order to be disproportionate.

hahaha

this is the most rediculous thing i have heard.

Even i didn't know that
"To complete one leg he has to find six persons and in turn the six persons have to enrol four members each and four in turn have to enrol three members each".

what are talking about? are u trying to prove the business model is illegitimate or u are deliberatly making it an illegitimate business.

THERE ARE NO SUCH THINGS WHAT U SAID.

for supporting ur statement just show me a single succesful person who has this type of structure in the amway business.

examples are to be followed but not to be imitated.

what u are doing is imitating not following the example.

Another Mr Ha Ha Ha is here. A simple thing that it is the Highest court in the State of Andhra Pradesh which decided that the Amway India's business model is illegal. Not ME. Are you heckling the judges or judgement?
And it is all based on the counter affidavit submitted by Amway India as stated by the High Court. Now who the hell are you to contradict what Amway India has said?
That is why I call you NITWIT.

Then why is Amway still in India, and growing? CLUELESS.

Tex, In any democracy justice takes its own course. However, in a corrupt democracy, it may take some more time. That doesn't mean the crooks are getting away with it. The criminal case is pending trial and these crooks buying their time. The day would sure come for these crooks to go behind bars.
