UPON hearing counsel the court made the following
ORDER
Heard at length
Impleadment application is dismissed
There is no merit in these SLPs. They are, accordingly, dismssied.
We, however, direct the investigating officers, respondent Nos 5 & 6 to complete the investigation within a period of six months from today. The Investigation Oficers shall carry on the investigation with a sense of the High Court.

It shows that you cannot comprehend anything with one reading. The CID of Andhra Pradesh completed the investigation and filed the criminal case in the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Nampally, Hyderabad. The accused including Mr William Pinckney surrendered before the court and obtained bail. But they are not attending to the trial regularly and that is why the Magistrate got angry with the accused and ordered them to be present in the court for the next hearing on Nov 12, 2009.

exactly, u are right and i accept it, similarly u also don't know what is 6 percenter.

you as a lawyer has done whole analysis of sales and marketing plan but they don't know the levels like 6% and 15%.

U think i am playing gimmicks well if u know what it is u won't be righting the post against amway's sales and marketing plan.
